Condition:
Used Played With Condition. The vehicle is in good working order. The battery area and contacts are clean. I have tested it with a 49Mhz Turbo Hopper remote and all functions work. Some scratches, stickers are not perfect, a little dust here are there so it is not in perfect cosmetic condition. In my opinion it still looks pretty good for an 80’s toy. See the pictures for details.
NOT INCLUDED: You will need a 49Mhz REMOTE and BATTERIES (1 x “9v”, 4 x “C”)
A little History:
Inspired by the Tamiya Blackfoot and the original Big Foot Monster Truck, this Old School Monster truck has a lot of class.
It was actually designed and manufactured by Taiyo and originally named the 4WD Big Roader. Taiyo is the same company that makes the Taiyo Jet Fighter (MK1) which is the same as the Tyco Turbo Hopper. Taiyo made lots of other Taiyo/Tyco vehicles. In fact if you take a look at my Tyco Super 4×4 Ranger, you’ll see how similar it is to this Radio Shack 4×4 Off Roader version. Of course the Super 4×4 Ranger is even cooler because it has a real working winch.
